In this session of the Employers’ School, our presenters will share strategies for creating an effective performance management system. Going far beyond performance evaluations, they will suggest tools and strategies for proactive performance management and ways to align employee performance with company goals.

From incentives to discipline, topics discussed will include goal alignment and holding positive and impactful coaching conversations to the challenges of taking corrective action and handling employment separations.
