Topic – 2015 Mid-Year Update on the Affordable Care Act

In light of recent Supreme Court opinions and the upcoming ACA reporting obligations for “applicable large employers”- those with 50 or more full-time equivalent employees in the prior calendar year, InterWest is hosting a webinar to update clients with the latest Affordable Care Act guidance.

We’ll discuss the Burwell decision on the ACA’s federal premium subsidies, and the Obergefell case regarding same-sex marriage. We’ll also explore some of the nuances of the ACA’s reporting requirements, including the indicator codes employers will use to inform the IRS that they’ve complied with the law.
