Topic – Health Care Reform: May Update

Please join us for an update on the Affordable Care Act and other employee benefit news. We’ll review new legal and regulatory matters out of Washington, DC, including the “ACA 2.0” bill that was recently introduced, entitled “Undo Sabotage and Expand Affordability of Health Insurance Act of 2018.” We’ll provide an update on the EEOC’s wellness incentive regulations, which are slated to be vacated on January 1, 2019. We’ll also discuss a recent Treasury report on how the IRS has been handling their end of ACA reporting. Time will be reserved at the end of the presentation for questions.
