Topic – Repeal and Replace or Just Repeal?  The Latest on Health Care Reform

Join us August 22nd for an update on the Affordable Care Act and Congress’ efforts to either “repeal and replace” it with the Better Care Reconciliation Act (BCRA) or to simply repeal it with the Obamacare Repeal Reconciliation Act (ORRA).

We’ll discuss the differences between the ACA and BCRA and examine the latest Congressional Budget Office scores for the various bills that are in play.  We’ll also cover recent rules and regulations relevant to health and welfare plans.
