Topic – Safety Recognition and Injury & Illness Prevention Programs

Learn to create and maintain a successful Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP). Tools will be provided to assist in developing or revising your current written program, as well as assessing and monitoring its effectiveness. The second half of the discussion will address the structure of an effective safety recognition program, including ideas on how to recognize employee safety contribution, and why it should not be referred to as an incentive program.
