Topics – Panel Discussion – Do You Know Who Your Employees Are?

We are proud to present a panel discussion on the topic of “Who Are Your Employees,” including a Q&A session with our panelists. Since there has been an increase in the number of issues raised regarding the classification and coverage of employees, our discussion will explore who should be classified as an employee and what are the concerns.

  • Temp Staffing Companies – Can I be held responsible for workers’ compensation coverage?
  • Volunteers – What can I do to protect my business if I use volunteers?
  • Independent Contractors – Are they my employees?
  • General/Special Employer Status – Multiple employers at the same location – whose employees are they?
  • Additional Insureds – Can/should I assume other employees on my policy?
