Cyber Liability
Emerging Cyber & Privacy Exposures

All companies store, transmit and process information, primarily using technology and the Internet to efficiently conduct business and serve their customers. However, this also increases the risk of data breach, privacy and security issues as well as loss of digital assets. This presentation will help you understand why you should be concerned, the financial exposure, provide claim examples, address the legal & regulatory issues and provide some risk management resources available to prevent a beach.

Social Media Policies
Staying Ahead of the Social Media Curve

Employers are increasingly challenged to strike the right balance between protecting the company’s interests and respecting the privacy rights of employees to engage in social media. Compared to the seemingly endless expansion of new social media platforms, employment law on the use of social media is developing at a snail’s pace. This session will educate employers on managing the time and resources employees spend on social media during work hours and/or on company technology, as well as their right to investigate or restrict employees’ off-duty social media activities involving the company name or brand.
