Topic – Post-Inauguration ACA Update

Join us as we take a look at the current state of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) after President-elect Donald Trump’s inauguration. We’ll discuss the approach to Health Care Reform taken by the 115th Congress in light of the new unified Republican government and what that means for the ACA. We’ll also discuss other relevant legal and regulatory developments, including Qualified Small Employer HRAs and the recent injunction by a federal judge in Texas blocking certain aspects of the ACA’s nondiscrimination rule. We’ll also review the latest guidance on ACA reporting and discuss the IRS’s pending distribution of employer mandate penalty notices for calendar year 2015 reporting.
