  1. York Risk Services Group, Inc.* will provide the claims service support for the ASDAWEST Insurance Program. ASDAWEST members should contact them directly at:

You will be directed to the nearest claims manager

  1. Upon notification of a claim, immediately notify York Risk Services Group., Inc. depending on the severity of the claim please call, fax or send all necessary information directly to the Claims Administrator.

  2. QUICK RESPONSE PROCEDURE

    Notify York Risk Services Group immediately whenever the following incidents occur:
             
    • Any incident with liability potential against your company
    • Any company vehicle involved accident
    • Any serious injury involving the general public
    • HAZMAT spills
    • Trip and fall on your company property
    • Fire

  3. York Risk Services Group, Inc. will contact the ASDAWEST member or claimant within 24 hours. Remember the faster a claim is received, the faster response time to your claim.
  1. An acknowledgement with the adjusters claim number will be mailed within 24 hours to the ASDAWEST member and the Program Administrator.
